Cycle Haven provides general bicycle servicing and repairs subject to inspection of the bicycle and its components. Any scope, timing, and final price depend on the condition found during inspection, and additional work requires approval before it is carried out.
The following clauses govern practical use, administration, and enforceable operating conditions.
Prices for labour may be quoted as a service package after initial inspection, while replacement parts are quoted separately. Parts are ordered only after compatibility and price have been confirmed, and payment is accepted by the methods made available at the workshop.
Any estimated turnaround is indicative only and may change if further faults are found, parts are unavailable, or the work requires more time than expected. The workshop does not promise same-day completion unless it has been specifically confirmed for the appointment and required parts.
Clause
All website content, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Cycle Haven and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission, except where mandatory law allows it. No licence is granted by use of the website alone.
Clause
Servicing and repairs are carried out with reasonable care, but no result can be guaranteed for every riding condition or future mechanical issue. Cycle Haven is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, neglect, third-party work, or conditions outside its control, to the extent permitted by law.
The following docket presents two core legal entries in summary form for review alongside their supporting references and contact pathways.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Switzerland, and any dispute should first be raised with Cycle Haven in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the competent courts or authorities determined by applicable law shall have jurisdiction.
Cycle Haven may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this website. Questions about these terms or a service request may be raised through the contact details provided on the website.
